High-Performance Hyperboloid Technology
The socket of the hyper-tack connector has a wire structure as shown in the photo (hyperboloid technology). When the pin is inserted into the sleeve, the wires are stretched around the pin, creating multiple line contact pathways, resulting in a significantly larger contact area compared to conventional point contact connectors. As a result, it achieves low mating force (allowing for high-density connectors), an astonishing long lifespan (up to 100,000 cycles for a single pole), low contact resistance, and high rated current values, demonstrating its performance as a high-performance connector.
